**Role & Responsibilities**: To lead the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team under the leadership of Residential Care Manager. o Develop Lifestyle and Wellbeing Programs to support the individualised needs of the consumer. To Lead and supervise volunteers whilst engaged in Lifestyle and Wellbeing programs and activities. Support the Directed Actions Response Team (DART) for consumer Behavioural Management Strategies. Planning, conducting and evaluating varied lifestyle and wellbeing programs to cater for the individual needs of consumer, in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Anglican Care. To lead the lifestyle team under the leadership of Residential Care Manager Liaising with the Lifestyle Wellbeing and Diversity Manager, Lifestyle Coordinator /Residential Care Manager to assess and evaluate Resident/Client needs and program goals. Providing varied lifestyle and wellbeing programs to help maintain and promote the physical, mental, social, spiritual, creative and psychological wellbeing of Consumer Providing opportunities for Consumers/Clients to participate in activities which promote personal fulfilment and enhance their decision making skills. Being an effective member of the care team

About you? Certificate IV in Leisure and Health Proven ability to deliver person centre care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual. National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
