Night Shift Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide outstanding service to our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Complete sales transactions using the Point of Sale system
- Maintain site standards including cleanliness, merchandising, and promotional displays
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Well-presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Opportunity to pick up extra shifts if looking for more hours
- Excellent team culture where you work alongside friendly and supportive colleagues
- Casual contract to commence with the opportunity to move to permanent part-time in 12 months
Monday to Friday - Night Shift
Weekend availability
Blackheath, NSW 2785: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
