Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our store's team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Promote loyalty programs and promotions to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product and services.
  • Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale.
  • Prepare delicious coffees using barista equipment.

Requirements:

  • Retail, customer service or barista experience.
  • Availability for day, over-night, weekends and public holidays.
