We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and enthusiastic, and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly motivated, passionate, and a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • To maintain a clean and organized sales floor area at all times
  • To restock and arrange new shipments from suppliers and vendors
  • To process customer payments at the checkout point/till
  • To address customer complaints and inquiries
