As a key player in driving innovation, we are seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to spearhead the creation of captivating 3D and 2D animation content. In this unique role, you will collaborate closely with our Creative Services team to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual media that drives business growth.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, and creative individual who can bring their expertise in 3D modeling, video editing, and motion graphics to create engaging story-driven media. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D models, scenes, and animations based on engineering CAD designs, as well as editing, compositing, and enhancing video content by integrating sound design, motion graphics, text, and visual effects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop visually stunning 3D models, scenes, and animations that showcase attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Edit and composite video content using Adobe After Effects, Autodesk 3D Max, or 3D Blender, incorporating sound design, motion graphics, text, and visual effects to craft compelling story-driven media.
  • Collaborate with the creative services team to conceptualize and deliver high-quality content from conception to delivery, working both collaboratively and independently depending on project scope and needs.
  • Support the planning process by attending meetings, understanding project intent, and providing creative input to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in 3D Animation, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must-haves include 3+ years of professional experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically in Adobe After Effects, Autodesk 3D Max, or 3D Blender. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to balance workload, budgets, and production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
