About the Role
  • Champion strategic direction by working with stakeholders to identify priority sub-markets and align market strategy with our business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Director: Act as Project Director on key initiatives, monitoring commercial performance and ensuring profitability from the outset.
  • Talent Management: Identify talent needs, recruit exceptional individuals, and support staff development in client engagement and business growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, driving growth and shaping the future of transport.
