Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Key Role Overview

This is a full-time permanent role working in the office in Sydney CBD. The Senior Account Manager will work with clients to quote on technical services and ensure all client needs are met.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage existing and new client relationships, focusing on building strong connections and driving business growth.
  • Develop timely quotations and oversee onsite event needs such as crew management and event execution.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of event technology.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and venues.
  • Follow up on leads for potential new business and ensure accurate quotations and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand business with clients.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles and effective communication with senior executives.
  • Background in events and production industries.
  • Experience in AV, broadcast, event software, and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of technology, AV, or event production.
