Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our retail team at a beautiful store located in Macgregor.

As the most senior member of the team, your role is to partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
