We are hiring Come and join our team as a Lead Educator (Group Leader) at Aussie Adventures ideally positioned at Park Ridge.
We are a privately owned with two child care centres on a 5 acre property surrounded by natural bushland.
While providing modern facilities, the Centre has maintained a comfortable family farm-style atmosphere.
You will have the opportunity to support children to feel that they belong in the natural environment and are encouraged to play, discover and learn.

The Lead Educator / Group Leader position offers:

This Group Leader / Lead Educator position offers open-ended opportunities to provide exciting and enriching educational programmes to our children and support for the centre's core values.
We want to make your work with us as interesting and rewarding as we possibly can.
You will be working with a team who have a proven record of providing excellent care and service to our families and children.
Additionally you will be supported to take the responsibility for the children's care and development with an extensive learning environment, resources and materials.

About You

Working towards or hold Diploma of Early Childhood, Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent
Demonstrated experience and knowledge EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQS)
Proven experience of the Planning and Assessment Cycle
Ideally, Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting (First Aid & CPR) or willingness to obtain
Current Working With Children (WWC) Check Blue Card
