Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients over the phone
  • Understanding and making contact with inactive customers
  • Driving effective communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Growing our customer database by identifying smaller clients and reinforcing or rebuilding relationships
  • Being closely mentored, trained, and supported in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales, and management

About You

We are looking for:

  • A recent University graduate (or soon-to-be graduate)
  • Someone who is hands-on and enjoys working directly in all aspects of the operation
  • Previous experience working in retail or business-to-business/customer service sales
  • Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude
  • Client-focused and a real team player, confident interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Strong time management and self-motivation skills
