Senior Payroll Leader Role

RMIT University is seeking an experienced and confident payroll professional to manage complex, large-scale payroll operations across multiple entities.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll systems, legislation, and compliance requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage national and global HR/Payroll functions within complex organisational structures.
  • Ensure the effective, accurate, and timely management of daily Payroll Services functions.
  • Develop and implement consistent and efficient process improvements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, ITS, and beyond to drive impactful projects and system enhancements.
