Job Role

The role of Payroll Operations Director involves leading the day-to-day activities of a payroll team. This includes providing guidance and direction to team members, monitoring workloads, and delegating tasks as necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing support and accuracy in a timely manner for all related payroll duties and administration
  • Solving complex payroll queries and operating effectively across all areas of payroll
  • Assisting managers with payroll requirements and procedures as required
  • Overseeing the finalisation of pay runs, ensuring all caution/error lists are checked
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing legislation through extensive experience
  • Proficiency in using Success Factors and Kronos software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and team-building ability
