We seek an experienced leader to head our centre. This individual will be responsible for effective and efficient operations, empowering educators to deliver high-quality services in line with the National Quality Framework.

About You:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Leadership experience, including 2iCs/Assistant Directors looking to advance their careers.
  • Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive.
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members.
