Job Description

A senior urban development lead is required to join our team. This is a key role in managing and overseeing the delivery of complex urban development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of urban development projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including design managers, engineers, and drafters.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex urban development challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in urban development and regeneration design management.
  • Chartered or registered engineer and relevant local accreditation (RPEQ).
  • Extensive industry experience, including senior roles in consulting environments.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with the ability to network and influence peers.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, both locally and internationally.
