Urban Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our civil team and deliver complex urban infrastructure projects in South East Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead key packages across greenfield/brownfield subdivisions, industrial estates & mixed-use developments.
  • Engage in detailed design, design review, and client liaison.
  • Act as the technical expert on roads, stormwater, water/sewer, earthworks & WSUD for complex urban infrastructure projects.
  • Manage client relationships, scope/price work, and drive outcomes with a loyal repeat client base.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing civil team; involvement in bids/fee proposals.
  • Progression pathways toward Associate/Principal roles with autonomy and access to Directors.

Requirements:

  • RPEQ (or near) with 6-12 years in land development/urban infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D, plus MUSIC/DRAINS; HEC-RAS is a plus.
  • Strong authority liaison and OPW approvals experience.
  • Confident client communication and a track record delivering complex projects.

  • Experience with fee proposals, program/resourcing, and mentoring.
