">- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins. As a key member of the hotel's operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our renowned No35 Restaurant.
- Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Restaurant Manager in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and maintaining effective cost controls.
- You will also be responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of Ambassadors to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards and procedures.
- In addition, you will contribute to the onboarding, orientation, and induction of new Ambassadors, as well as manage yield and seating optimization to maximize revenue opportunities.
- You will be expected to handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback promptly, escalating major concerns to the Restaurant Manager where necessary.
- Furthermore, you will support the implementation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures through coaching, training, and workplace observation.
- You will also be responsible for promoting a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration across the restaurant.
