This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program from day one. As part of a team being built from the ground up, you'll play an integral role in assessing applications, analysing developer portfolios, and supporting evidence-based decisions that shape which projects move forward.

The NSW Government's Pre-Sale Finance Guarantee program is designed to unlock housing supply by helping developers overcome financing barriers and progress viable residential projects. This challenging yet rewarding role requires strong analytical skills, property sector insight, and a collaborative mindset.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing applications and analysing developer portfolios
  • Supporting evidence-based decisions that shape project outcomes
  • Working closely with legal and valuation service providers
  • Contributing to reporting and communication materials
  • Refining operational procedures to support program delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience in the property sector, with a strong understanding of valuation, credit assessment, or residential development processes
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and contribute to evidence-based recommendations
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to tailor complex information for diverse audiences
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and manage enquiries
