Cropping Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced agricultural professional to manage our cropping program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cropping cycle, including spraying, sowing, harvesting, and maintaining detailed records.

This role plays a vital part in our mixed enterprise farm, located 25 kilometres west of Young. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and knowledge of the entire cropping cycle.

The Cropping Manager will also have mixed farming responsibilities, such as working with sheep and cattle. They will contribute to farm development and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency.
