Crop Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crop Management Specialist to oversee all aspects of our cropping program in Young, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire cropping cycle, including spraying, sowing, harvesting, and spreading operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of these activities and effectively communicate with agronomists and mechanics.
  • Assist with mixed farming responsibilities, such as working with sheep and cattle.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency within the farm's operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for crop management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience in all aspects of the cropping cycle
  • Chemcert certification
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Prior experience with low-stress livestock handling techniques
