The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cropping program, including planning, executing, and monitoring crop activities. This will involve coordinating with agronomists and mechanics to ensure optimal crop yields and maintaining accurate records of activities undertaken.

Mixed Farming Responsibilities

As a key member of our farming team, the Cropping Manager will also be involved in mixed farming responsibilities, including working with sheep and cattle. In this role, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the farm, identifying opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
