Defence Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Defence Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of critical combat and electronic systems for defence vessels.
Main Responsibilities- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions for combat systems and associated equipment.
- Contribute to systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, system integration, and verification.
- Develop and review technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, design reviews, and system readiness.
- Assess systems, perform risk analysis, and support design decisions and certification processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Defence Systems Engineering, preferably in a defence or naval environment.
- Proven knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle, including integration, verification, and validation.
- Familiarity with combat, weapons, and communications systems used on naval platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
