Automotive Branch Supervisor

In this diverse and busy position, you will be able to juggle multiple tasks. Customer service is key to your success, alongside allocating repairs, vehicle bookings, and invoicing. Your day will be filled with various responsibilities that require strong organisational skills and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing quotes for service and repairs
  • Workshop allocations and repairs
  • Order processing & parts ordering
  • Invoicing and payment processing

Your Experience:

  • A knowledge of automotive repairs/vehicle servicing is essential
  • Service advisor/Service manager experience is highly valued
  • Strong organisational skills are required to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with customers
  • A valid driver's licence is also required

If you have a solid knowledge of the auto industry and previous experience in managing automotive service operations, while building and maintaining relationships with customers, this could be the role for you.

Along with a negotiable base salary, the successful candidate will receive bonuses based on performance and other potential benefits.
