Job Title: Automotive Service Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless operations in the workshop. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and experience in a similar role. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive background and experience in customer-facing roles\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment\
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)\
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other administrative tools\
  • Knowledge of vehicles and mechanical systems (an advantage)
