**Development Opportunity: Lead Project Strategist**

The role of Development Manager offers an exciting opportunity to take the lead in project strategy at a growing organization, based in Brisbane.

Working closely with senior team members, you will utilize your experience in developments to drive revenue generation for projects. This includes site acquisition, funding, product concept, and feasibility analysis, as well as marketing, sales, and project delivery.

With a strong passion for property development and building relationships, you will be naturally solutions-focused and enjoy identifying trends and opportunities. Your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including project managers, is essential in delivering successful outcomes.

We are seeking a candidate with:

- A degree in Property Economics, Business, Marketing or a related property discipline

- Experience in multi-residential and commercial developments, with knowledge of the local market and area

- Strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven record of success in previous similar roles

- The ability to anticipate, identify, negotiate and resolve potential issues impacting a project, and escalate them when necessary

- A self-confident style, with a humble and down-to-earth approach, and a curiosity to continually learn and grow with the business
