Job Title:

Client Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication Gateway: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, emails and phone calls.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor and manage shared email inboxes to ensure prompt responses.
  • Financial Operations: Process supplier invoices, raise purchase orders and track costs to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Client Services: Assist with client invoicing, quote sourcing and coordination of meetings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize travel arrangements, team events and support senior leaders with expenses to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Content Development: Create internal communications and assist content editors with research and fact-checking to produce high-quality content.
