About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Real Estate team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to support the QLD network, providing direction to the development, execution, and maintenance of all marketing campaigns and activities.

Our real estate businesses deliver a wide range of exciting initiatives, and this position will have a hands-on role in delivering outstanding marketing campaigns and national event calendars. You will work closely with our rural and residential network to implement marketing and communication initiatives, assist with the management of event evenings, workshops, and conferences, and support the QLD Real Estate Manager in formulating and influencing the company's strategic direction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support the QLD network
  • Conduct market analysis and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and reach
  • Support the QLD Real Estate Manager in formulating and influencing the company's strategic direction
  • Work with the wider marketing and Real Estate team to develop digital and online campaigns
  • Assist with the development of tactical campaigns for the real estate sales team, including client presentations and production of Information Memorandums and other bespoke collateral
  • Assist in training other real estate Sales support and agents in digital media activities
  • Manage Spoke and other direct campaigns for listings and account for the costs
About You
  • Proven success in developing, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or demonstrated experience in real estate marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use research and data-driven solutions to underpin marketing and communications planning
  • Ability to develop and deliver innovative marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Proactive initiative and drive to provide high levels of service
