">About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team, supporting people through all forms of relationship distress. The successful candidate will work with us to deliver timely, compassionate, and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.

">The Key Responsibilities">
  • Co-facilitate an accredited Men's Behaviour Change Group Program, working with men who use violence.
  • To effectively assess and respond to risk of harm for all affected victim survivors, the ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the gendered nature of family and domestic violence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide interventions that facilitate behavioural change and promote safe and healthy relationships.
">Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will hold formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, and have at least 3 years of experience working with families affected by domestic and family violence. They will also have strong understanding of MBC practice, trauma-informed care principles, and the dynamics of domestic and family violence.
