We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to the people of NSW and our internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to the people of NSW and our internal stakeholders.
- Participate in initial training, consisting of a 2-week full-time course followed by 4 x 12.5 hour shifts scheduled within the following 2 week period.
- Utilize computer skills including touch typing with speed and accuracy, and demonstrate competence with Windows-based computer applications.
- Apply excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a time-critical environment and high-stress environment.
- Prioritize tasks and work within defined procedures efficiently.
