The Alumni Relations and Engagement Team is responsible for fostering a vibrant community of over 190,000 alumni. The team supports alumni to achieve their goals while encouraging active involvement with the university.
Our purpose is to empower alumni to feel valued, enrich their lives, and help advance the university's mission, reputation, and legacy.
About the PositionThis role involves planning and delivery of outreach and engagement strategies that build affinity to the University of Wollongong.
This includes targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events in Australia, abroad, and virtually.
The position will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to the university's alumni community.
It will also proactively engage these stakeholders to identify tangible benefits for alumni.
Main Responsibilities- Data-informed planning and delivery of outreach and engagement strategies
- Targeted communications, mentoring programs, meetings, and events
This role will work as a valued member of a multidisciplinary division, supporting the university's Advancement and Communications team.
Work ArrangementsFull-time appointment until June 2026
Level 6/7: approximately $92,681 - $114,764 + 17% Superannuation
