Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Western NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with clients living with chronic mental illness, providing a coordinated clinical-care and therapeutic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level clinical assessment, diagnostics and treatment planning for clients living with chronic mental illness.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a recovery-oriented service.
- Facilitate therapy and case management services to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and health professionals.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Mental Health.
- Registered with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Significant experience working in rural / remote settings.
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
- Experience working with rural/remote clients in pastoral settings.
- Experience working with families, couples and groups.
