Strategic Business Growth Manager

We seek a strategic Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in VIC.

You'll work autonomously, developing new business, ensuring consistent growth of your portfolio, and acquiring new customers across Melbourne's South East region.

This role involves working with diverse customers and industries, offering endless opportunities for growth. Every commercial and industrial business produces waste, providing scope to drive growth without limits.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High-volume B2B sales experience (ideally in the waste industry) with a track record of winning new business.
  • The ability to deeply understand how to help customers, listening more than speaking.
  • Strong communication skills, using a friendly yet consultative style when interacting with customers.
  • The capacity to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel presentation skills.
  • Experience in Liquid Waste is desirable but not essential; what matters most is drive, motivation, and resilience to succeed in a dynamic environment.
