Job Title: Senior Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving improvements and innovations in the design of solid waste projects nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and development of engineering solutions for waste processing systems and facility layouts.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that improve site layouts and processes.
  • Help business partners shape practical and innovative proposals.
  • Lead the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of projects while working with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering - we welcome diverse disciplines.
  • 10 plus years' local experience within Project Engineering or Project Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidentially across all levels.
  • A team-oriented, customer-centric mindset with a passion for achieving shared outcomes.
  • The ability to work with professional and operational staff in a brown field or green field environment.
  • Flexibility and curiosity to learn about the waste industry even if new to it.
