The Role

You will be part of a respected team known for its commitment to social justice and championing the rights of disadvantaged groups.

  • Represent clients in criminal law matters, including bail applications, pleas, summary trials, committal hearings, and higher court mentions.
  • Provide duty lawyer services and legal advice to clients in the Magistrates and Children's Courts, including assisting clients in custody.
  • Advocate for clients, prepare cases, and instruct counsel in all jurisdictions.
