As one of Australia's fastest-growing design and construct enterprises, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor. You will manage site operations across a range of projects in line with program and cost parameters.

You'll work with passionate teams to deliver high-quality buildings and fit-outs to customers. Your focus will be on safety and quality, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee site operations
  • Ensure trades operate safely and cooperatively
  • Follow health, safety, environmental, and quality processes
  • Use Hammertech system to capture and report site operations
  • Undertake regular health and safety reviews
  • Run daily pre-start meetings
  • Identify and manage risks and non-compliance issues
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • Passion for the construction industry and focus on safety
  • Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor
  • Understanding of best practice construction methodologies
  • Strong track record of safe and high-quality delivery
  • Ability to manage and influence construction teams
  • Collaborative approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities
