You know how to drive programme, manage subcontractors, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality—every single day.Qualified in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldSkilled in project sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and live site operationsConfident in navigating contract terms, safety legislation, and compliance protocolsAble to lead with clarity, mentor junior staff, and resolve issues in real-timeProficient in site and project management tools such as Hammertech, Aconex, and MS ProjectHighly organised, decisive, and calm under pressureWHAT YOU'LL DOAs Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality.Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safe and coordinated execution of all worksLead site-based delivery in line with programme, budget, and contract obligationsMonitor progress, mitigate delivery risks, and address delays or sequencing issuesEnforce HSEQ standards on site and maintain compliance with all statutory requirementsCoordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project milestonesMaintain accurate site records, delivery logs, RFIs, and version-controlled documentationEvaluate subcontractor performance, manage claims and variations, and support contract administrationMentor and support team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaborationRepresent DCOH professionally in all dealings with clients, consultants, and external stakeholdersWHAT'S NEXTIf you are interested in this position, please submit your CV and cover letter which describes who you are and addresses the criteria detailed above.
