We are currently seeking a Qualitative Research Consultant to join our specialist Qualitative Research and Evaluation team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to client management, evaluation and research design and proposal writing, desktop research, fieldwork, and analysis and reporting for evaluation and qualitative research projects.

The work is engaging and varied, offering opportunities to effect real change. You will be able to use your research expertise to advance social research outcomes in Australia.

A snapshot of projects:

• Work with vulnerable individuals to understand barriers to their integration into the community
• A multidisciplinary project with minority cohorts that used a participatory approach and saw respondents involved in co-design
• The evaluation of a new child subsidy
• A longitudinal study with a large NFP that tracks the work and educational outcomes of young adults

**You**
• A minimum of 3 years of research experience
• At least some experience working within a commercial insights-based consultancy
• Well-developed qualitative research skills including experience in interviewing and group moderation
• The ability to help mentor and motivate junior researchers
