We are seeking a seasoned expert in qualitative research to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking a human-centered approach to insights and delivering actionable recommendations that drive business growth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and strategic thinker who is passionate about understanding human behavior and driving business success. If you have a strong background in qualitative research, excellent analytical and storytelling skills, and a proven track record of leading projects with ease and impact, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges, and then design and deliver high-impact research projects that provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • A university degree in a relevant field such as research, marketing, psychology, or social science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or commercial environment.
  • Proven expertise in qualitative research methodologies, including brand development, communications development and testing, customer experience, audience understanding, innovation, and NPD.
  • Excellent knowledge of insights covering a range of project topics and methodologies.
