Research and Development Expert

Our company is on a mission to revolutionise chromatography and proteomics through innovative products. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated scientist to join our team.

As a Research and Development Expert, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to drive forward investigative and scientific efforts in product development from conception to design, planning, and application of new products.

The role encompasses recognising and providing solutions through all phases of the product development pipeline from concept ideation through to market launch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing research plans to drive innovation and improvement in existing and new products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate R&D findings into product development processes
  • Conducting experiments and testing to validate product performance and quality

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, materials science)
  • Proven experience in liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
