Job Title:

Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical customer support services following established procedures and protocols, ensuring resolution of issues and achievement of business objectives.
  • Understand and apply the Incident Management process to efficiently manage calls to resolution, allocate unresolved calls, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize and update the Service Desk Knowledge Database to ensure that all available information is documented and easily accessible.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in technology on various computer hardware and PC operating systems.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and customers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
About You:

To excel in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar ICT support position with a proven track record of applying customer service techniques in an IT environment. Your expertise in supporting and operating enterprise email services and office product software such as Office 365 will be highly valued.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and apply Essential Energy Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices.
  • Strong technical support skills across a wide range of ICT disciplines, including devices, applications, technologies, and systems.
  • Proficiency in using SCCM software.
