Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Officer to manage and support our ICT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical expertise in managing, configuring, monitoring and implementing ICT environments.
  • Delivering high-quality ICT support to clients, managing workloads and prioritising tasks.
  • Identifying and resolving ICT-related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.

About the Role
  • Configure, install, monitor, support and manage ICT environments with high-level technical expertise.
  • Provide timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigations and providing remedial action to maintain agreed Service Levels.
  • Develop, maintain and work within procedures for the maintenance and support of one or more technical domains.
  • Provide excellent customer service by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
  • Meet enterprise service levels by applying eHealth incident management processes.
