Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with specialized skills and strong account management capabilities to lead end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic project outcomes by coordinating across technical disciplines
  • Mentor emerging talent, guiding junior engineers and fostering collaboration and continuous learning
  • Develop innovative design and project management work packages
Key Deliverables
  • Deliver civil engineering design outcomes across various sectors, including commercial, residential, utilities, transport, and urban infrastructure
  • Recommend and develop design methods, specifications, and performance requirements for tenders and projects
  • Influence high-performance, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil (Chartered status preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in civil engineering
  • Exposure to multi-discipline engineering design and construction delivery
  • Previous experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to commercial, industrial, and residential projects
  • Proficient in leading terrain modeling and civil engineering software, including Autodesk Civil 3D and other compatible technologies
