Job Title: Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to manage the delivery of various civil projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of assigned capital works projects from commencement to completion.
  • Manage stakeholder partnerships, engagement, negotiations, and approvals throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers to deliver quality places and spaces for our community through project and asset management excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of civil projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and other relevant parties.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, construction, architecture, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including design, construction, and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex and concurrent projects.
  • Solid understanding of best practice contracting and tendering processes, Australian construction standards, codes of practice, and relevant legislation.
