As a Project Lead you will oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drains, traffic management systems, urban developments, sporting facilities and park enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing project conception to completion
- Overseeing consultant design work
- Coordinating construction with contractors
- Administering tenders and contracts for various projects
- Delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Monitoring and managing project costs
- Identifying, reviewing and managing project risks
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, including BLA registration
- Previous experience in designing and constructing civil engineering and / or urban design capital works projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Local Government experience
- A current driver's license
