Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and driving them to deliver an outstanding member experience.

You will support, coach, and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and provide guidance on how to resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as the ability to motivate and empower their team to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Team Lead to take on a new challenge and make a real impact in our organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Proven coaching and development skills
  • Natural curiosity and ability to translate customer insights into tangible coaching opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills through all platforms, including video and interpersonal skills working with all teams including senior leadership
