Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring members feel welcome and receive a seamless experience
  • Accurate processing of member transactions, account maintenance, and opening new accounts
  • Identifying opportunities from conversations to recommend suitable products and services
  • Supporting the Contact Centre team with inbound enquiries
  • Working towards individual and team targets and KPIs
  • Assisting and educating members on technological changes and enhancements
  • Ongoing compliance and risk awareness

Requirements:

  • A customer-centric mindset
  • Proven sales experience within a highly motivated customer service team
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Strong numerical reasoning and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • High-level attention to detail and demonstrated risk awareness
  • Strong computer literacy
  • A current Driver's License (for travel between branches)
