About This OpportunityThis is a permanent part-time position (36 hours per week) that involves working closely with customers to understand their banking needs and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle transactions and have everyday banking conversations with customers
- Identify banking and lending needs and refer customers to relevant specialists or Mortgage Lenders
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their evolving needs
We are seeking an individual with experience in customer service, particularly if it involved sales. You will need to be confident in building relationships and managing them for the long-term. Business or financial knowledge will also be beneficial.
