The goal of this role is to contribute to improving community safety by promoting program scheduling, increasing participation and engagement in programs and services.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the delivery of a suite of programs aimed at addressing the needs of remanded prisoners. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated understanding of the complex issues and diverse needs of the remanded male prisoner population
  • Proven experience preparing, planning and delivering effective programs
  • Experience working within a correctional environment, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and reintegration
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel for data management

A strong understanding of program development, implementation and evaluation is essential for success in this role. Expertise in service delivery coordination and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
