About This Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert coordination and facilitation of psychoeducation and/or skills-based programs within our region.
- You will be responsible for monitoring program referrals from our facility to ensure adherence to our service delivery model.
- Collaborative working is key in this role, as you will need to consult and liaise with prison staff, offender service staff, OBP staff, and contracted program providers.
About You
- You will demonstrate behaviours that reflect our organisational values, including serving the community, working together, acting with integrity, respecting others, and making things happen.
- You should have the ability to work collaboratively within a prison setting.
- You will also need to understand transition issues and needs of prisoners.
Requirements
- An appropriate qualification or experience in the welfare services area would be advantageous.
