About the Role

The Performance & Reporting Officer will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on the performance of BGIS and our subcontractors under the terms of our contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the external BMS Call Centre.
  • Verify the accuracy of data within the BMS system.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports in line with our KPI regime.
  • Support tendering, tender review, and subcontract maintenance adjustments.
  • Compile building and maintenance reports and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and develop BMS subcontractor maintenance plans.
  • Maintain and update the BMS maintenance management systems for accurate asset registers and maintenance history.
  • Ensure compliance with BGIS business systems, including QMS, OH&S, and EMS, with information stored on SharePoint.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management, preferably in a related outsourcing services environment.
  • Strong background in Contract Administration, reporting, and database management.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, with experience in developing, analyzing, and reporting complex KPIs.
  • Ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead, manage, and influence business relationships positively.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, including data management and presentation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
