About the Role:

  • Lead a team of experienced educators to deliver high-quality programs that foster children's independence, curiosity, and resilience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the local community, ensuring a sense of belonging among our staff.
  • Ensure the centre operates in accordance with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and thrive.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
  • Australian working rights.
